º . De la Protección al trabajo y a la industria nacionales en la elaboración de los pliegos de condiciones . Los resultados de la desagregación deberán incorporarse a los pliegos de condiciones de la licitación o licitaciones resultantes de 108 Proyectos de inversión, a los que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente decreto. Se deberán abrir licitaciones destinadas a la adquisición de aquellos bienes o servicios en cuya desagregación se hubiere establecido, que son susceptibles de ser suministrados por productores nacionales.
