Trámite. Si el recurso se formula por escrito, este se mantendrá en la secretaría por dos días en traslado a la parte contraria, sin necesidad de que el juez, lo ordene; surtido el traslado se decidirá el recurso. El secretario dará cumplimiento al Artículo 108. La reposición interpuesta en audiencia y diligencia se decidirá allí misma, una vez oída la parte contraria si estuviere presente. Para este fin cada parte podrá hacer uso de la palabra hasta por quince minutos. CAPÍTULO II. APELACION
