Para efectuar la elección de los tres representantes del sector privado que formarán parte del Consejo Superior de Turismo por mandato del numeral noveno del artículo octavo de la Ley 300 de 1996, los representantes de cada una de las agremiaciones nacionales de prestadores turísticos de que trata el artículo 62 de la mencionada Ley 300 de 1996, presentarán a consideración del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico una terna de candidatos que representen diferentes Departamentos del país.
