Esta auxilio será repartido por el Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas entre los damnificados por el incendio, en proporción a las pérdidas que hayan sufrido, previo avalúo y comprobación de dichas perdidas ante una junta integrada por el presidente del consejo municipal, el alcalde, el personero, el cura Párroco a y dos notables elegidos por el gobierno.
