Todo establecimiento bancario conformará sus métodos de contabilidad y sus constancias a las órdenes que al respecto le hayan dado el Superintendente, de acuerdo con el artículo 47 de esta Ley. Todo Establecimiento bancario que rehuse o descuide obedecer tal orden, después de un aviso del Superintendente en que se le dé una tregua razonable para ello, estará sujeto a una multa de cien pesos por cada día de renuncia o descuido.
