Audiencia entre intervinientes . Dentro de los 15 días calendario siguientes a la publicación de la determinación preliminar, las partes interesadas en la investigación, y en general quienes acrediten tener interés legítimo en la misma, podrán solicitar la celebración de una audiencia entre intervinientes que representen intereses distintos. El Incomex cuenta con cinco días hábiles para convocar su celebración. La audiencia deberá llevarse a cabo en el término de un mes contado a partir de la fecha en que se presenta la solicitud.
