COMPROBACIÓN DE SITUACIONES PARA GOCE DE PENSIÓN. Los beneficiarios de pensiones otorgadas por fallecimiento de Oficiales o Suboficiales en servicio activo o en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión, para mantener el derecho a disfrutar de tal prestación, deberán demostrar ante la entidad pagadora, que no han incurrido en las causales de extinción, previstas en el artículo 176 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, mediante declaración semestral juramentada y rendida ante Juez competente o con las pruebas legales adicionales que la entidad pagadora exija.
