° Con excepción de los cargos de Ministro, Director Nacional de Obras Públicas, Jefe de Sección, Contabilista, Abogado é Ingeniero, los demás del Ministerio de Obras Públicas podrán ser desempeñados por una ó varias personas nombradas para servir la plaza, quienes distribuirán entre sí el trabajo y la remuneración que corresponda á dicha plaza.
