Licencia de funcionamiento . La Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada podrá otorgar licencia de funcionamiento como servicio comunitario de vigilancia y seguridad privada por un período hasta de tres (3) años. Si persisten las razones que dieron origen a la expedición de la licencia, previo el lleno de los requisitos de ley, la Superintendencia podrá expedir una nueva licencia.
