De conformidad con el artículo 63 del Decreto 2400 y el Decreto 3176 de 1968, nómbrase provisionalmente al doctor Oscar Montoya Gómez para desempeñar el cargo de Jefe de la Oficina de Asesoría a la Rama Jurisdiccional IV, categoría 26, con una asignación mensual de $ 5.450.00, en reemplazo del doctor Eduardo Mora y Mora, quien renunció.
