Las estaciones de radiodifusi ón sonora en Frecuencia Modulada, deberán ubicar sus estudios en el municipio o distrito para el cual se abre la licitación y se otorga la concesión del servicio y los transmisores y sistema irradiante fuera del perímetro urbano donde se compruebe que el servicio se presta, en óptimas condiciones en dicho municipio o distrito.
