º El servicio de radioaficionados es un servicio especial de telecomunicaciones, que tiene por objeto sufragar necesidades de carácter cultural o científico del operador radioaficionado, en la forma y condiciones establecidas en este Decreto, sin posibilidad alguna de suministrar servicios a otras personas con ánimo de lucro ni comercializarlo en cualquier forma.
