º . Suspensión del reconocimiento. El Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC previa aprobación del Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, podrá suspender el reconocimiento de la prima de seguridad otorgada al servidor público a que se refiere este decreto, en cualquier momento en que lo considere conveniente.
