Facúltase al Gobierno para que proceda a entenderse con la Compañía Constructora del camino de García Rovira a Casanare, con el fin de terminar esta obra prontamente, ya sea por compra que la Nación haga de la empresa, mediante avalúo pericial de la obra ejecutada, ya auxiliando la Compañía hasta con la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000) previo un contrato que garantice a la Nación la conveniente y rápida terminación del camino y establezca las prestaciones a que haya lugar por razón del auxilio.
