Del registro y la autorización Recibida la documentación del interesado, la Secretaría Departamental procederá a su estudio o verificación y expedirá el Acto Administrativo que lo registra y autoriza para ejercer la profesión o la especialización en el territorio nacional, conforme a la reglamentación que se expida sobre el particular.
