En caso de muerte de un Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares que se halle separado temporalmente, sus beneficiarios, en el orden regulado en esta Ley, tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarios de los Oficiales que fallezcan en servicio activo.
