Las vacaciones correspondientes a los funcionarios de la rama jurisdiccional, del ministerio público y subalternos, lo mismo que los del ramo docente, no se rigen por este decreto, sino por las reglamentaciones especiales que regulan la materia, con relación a dichos empleados oficiales.
