Artículo único. El producido en esta Intendencia por el impuesto que Registro y Anotación, creado por el artículo 4.° de la Ley 39 de 12 de Noviembre de 1890, ingresará en las Rentas especiales de la Intendencia, dándole inversión, de preferencia, en racionar presos pobres y conducción de reos. Sométase á la censura de S. S.ª el Sr. Ministro de Gobierno, y si se aprueba, comuníquese á quienes corresponda. Dado en Villavicencio, á siete de Julio de mil ochocientos noventa y siete.
