Artículo segundo . Las inversiones que haga la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior tendrá la garantía del Estado para lo cual se suscribirá los compromisos que sean necesario, por intermedio del Ministerio de Hacienda, sin perjuicio de las garantías adicionales que la misma Caja deba exigir al prestatario.
