Artículo primero . Los pisos y los departamentos en que se divide cada piso de los inmuebles existentes o en construcción destinados al servicio de la Rama Jurisdiccional y del Ministerio Publico, cuyo derecho de dominio se encuentra a favor del Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales, serán traspasados al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, Mediante escritura pública. Los mencionados inmuebles quedaran sometidos al régimen de propiedad horizontal, señalado en la Ley 182 de 1948 y del Decreto 13$5 de 1959.
