Art. 2.º Los vales de renta sobre el Tesoro al portador que actualmente tenga el mencionado Colejio, i los bonos que recibiera en pago de un crédito que por suministros le reconoció la Corte Suprema federal, le serán convertidos en vales de renta nominal sobre el Tesoro, siempre que el valor de tales documentos no exceda de cinco mil pesos.
