Para el recuerdo de los votos emitidos en cada Departamento en las elecciones para Presidente de la República, la Corte Electoral designará también Delegados en la forma prevista en el artículo anterior, y tendrá sobre la actuación de ellos idéntica facultad de revisión, si contra dicha actuación se presentare algún reclamo en el acto del recuento.
