CONCURRENCIA SUSPENSIONES. Si se presenta concurrencia de suspensión disciplinaria y suspensión penal ésta prevalecerá sobre aquélla. En este evento la autoridad administrativa correspondiente procederá a modificar la resolución por medio de la cual se dispuso o la suspensión disciplinaria.
