º . De los Consejos Territoriales de Seguridad Social en Salud. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 30 del Decreto-ley 1298 de 1994 los departamentos, distritos y municipios podrán crear Consejos Seccionales, Distritales o Municipales de Seguridad Social en Salud, para el ejercicio de las funciones allí previstas, y las que le asigne o delegue el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud.
