La confesión deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos:
Que sea hecha ante funcionario judicial.
Que la persona esté asistida por apoderado.
Que la persona haya sido informada del derecho a no declarar contra sí misma.
Que se haga en forma consciente y libre.
