Organizase un taller militar que constará del personal con las asignaciones que en seguida se expresan, el cual funcionará en el Cuartel del Batallón 1.° de Infantería, con los elementos que tenía el extinguido taller, así: Un Director, con sueldo de Capitán; Un Subdirector mecánico, con sueldo de Teniente; Un carpintero, con sueldo de Sargento primero; Un herrero, con sueldo de Sargento primero; Un ayudante de éste, con sueldo de Sargento segundo.
