Derogatorias . Deróguense el artículo 24 del Decreto número 1538 de 1986 y el Decreto número 509 de 1994. A partir de la fecha en que entren a regir las normas del presente decreto, conforme lo dispuesto por los artículos 674 y 675, quedarán derogadas las demás disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto número 2685 de 1999. y las siguientes normas que lo modifican y adicionan.
