Con el fin de establecer canales de comunicación que permitan que los colombianos en el exterior conozcan la oferta de servicios, planes y estrategias de política pública que se generan desde sus regiones de origen, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores deberá fortalecer la gestión interinstitucional con los entes territoriales de los departamentos con mayor experiencia migratoria. Asimismo, hará uso de todo sus canales digitales y redes de información.
