Art. 1°. Se reconoce á los señores Pablo y Praxedis Bermúdez, militares inválidos de la Guardia Colombiana, el derecho de descapitalizar las pensiones que habían capitalizado en 1865, reintegrando al Tesoro los bonos flotantes del 3 por 100 que recibieron. El Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para convenir con los expresados señores Bermúdez en el modo, tiempo y especie de verificarles el pago, teniendo en cuenta el valor que tenían los bonos flotantes en la época de la capitalización.
