° Formado el censo de que trata el artículo 5.° del presente Decreto, la Junta, previo estudio de los datos e informes que haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio, y en caso afirmativo fijará su cuantía, y enviará al Ministerio de Obras Públicas el dato de las sumas que reconozca.
