Del ejercicio transitorio de la función . Para garantizar la continuidad en el cumplimiento de la función relacionada con el servicio público de empleo, el Ministerio del Trabajo continuará ejerciendo esta función durante el término de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto o hasta que se adopte la planta de personal.
