Uso de la licencia y el permiso . El notario no podrá hacer uso de permisos ni licencias sino una vez posesionado su reemplazo y deberá enviar copia de la providencia que los conceda y del acta de posesión del encargado a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
