Auxíliase por una sola vez, con la suma de cuatro mil pesos ($4.000) la Escuela de Agricultura Tropical y Veterinaria del Departamento de Antioquia, y con la de dos mil pesos ($2.000) la Escuela Salesiana de Agricultura y Zootecnia de la capital del Departamento del Tolima, sumas que se aplicarán a la adquisición del Laboratorio de Química y Gabinete de Física, en dichas Escuelas.
