º. - Si el producto es extranjero, se presentará un certificado de las autoridades de sanidad del país de origen, en que conste que el medicamento se prepara bajo su vigilancia, y que su venta está autorizada para el consumo del país de origen. Este certificado deberá legalizarse por el respectivo Cónsul de Colombia, cuya firma autenticará el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
