Protección a servicios por satélite. Los titulares habilitados conforme a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, no podrán dirigir haces de emisiones radioeléctricas a los emplazamientos de estaciones terrenas destinadas al servicio fijo por satélite y a la exploración de la tierra por satélite.
