Responsabilidad sobre los activos. La infraestructura eléctrica construida con los recursos del Fondo de Apoyo Financiero para la energización de las Zonas Rurales Interconectadas, FAER, quedará bajo la responsabilidad del Operador de Red mediante la firma de un contrato de comodato. Adicionalmente, el Operador de Red deberá realizar los respectivos trámites exigidos por la regulación vigente, para el establecimiento de los respectivos cargos por uso de los Sistemas de Transmisión Regional y/o Distribución Local.
