Artículo Noveno. -Los beneficiarios de una pensión de jubilación o de invalidez, oficial o sema-oficial, tienen derecho a ser considerados en los planes de crédito, préstamos, becas para sus hijos, planes de vivienda en igualdad de condiciones a los trabajadores en actividad. El Instituto de Crédito Territorial determinará anualmente, el cupo de vivienda para estos ex-servidores públicos.
