El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, los integrantes del Comité Asesor, el Gerente de Proyecto y el Seleccionador deberán garantizar el cumplimiento de lo consagrado en la Constitución Política de Colombia, la Ley Estatutaria 1621 del 2013, la Ley Estatutaria 1712 del 2014, el Decreto Único Reglamentario 1070 del 2015, la Sentencia C-540 del 2012 de la Corte Constitucional, en materia de información que goza de reserva legal, tanto de Seguridad y Defensa Nacional, como de inteligencia y contrainteligencia.
