° Las Juntas Seccionales nombrarán en cada Municipio una Junta Municipal de Censo, que debe instalarse el 30 de Octubre del presente año, y que tendrá como Secretario al del Concejo Municipal del respectivo Municipio. El señor Gobernador del Departamento podrá poner sobresueldos, de los fondos cedidos por la Nación al Departamento, para los efectos del censo, á los Secretarios Municipales. En aquellas ciudades en que las labores del Concejo Municipal son constantes, la Junta ^Municipal podrá nombrar Secretario, con una asignación, señalada por el Gobernador del Departamento.
