º. Los cupos anuales autorizados para asumir compromisos de vigencias futuras no utilizados a 31 de diciembre de cada ano caducan sin excepción. En consecuencia, los órganos deberán reportar a la Dirección General del Presupuesto Nacional antes del 31 de enero de cada año la utilización de los cupos autorizados.
