ARTICULO 2 º. Modifíquese el artículo 2º del Decreto 676 de marzo 28 de 1994, el cual quedara así: "Artículo 2o. Los distribuidores minoristas, grandes consumidores y estaciones de servicios a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberán consignar dentro de los quince (15) primeros días de cada mes, los recaudos realizados en el mes inmediatamente anterior."
