Cuando quiera que en los hatos de primera categoría se produzca y comercialice leche entera cruda para consumo directo, además de los requisitos generales señalados en el artículo anterior, deberán cumplirse los especiales establecidos en el presente Decreto para el enfriamiento de la leche en los hatos.
