Artículo Cuarto. Actuará como secretario del Consejo Nacional de Integración de la Región Amazónica el funcionario a quien el Ministerio de Agricultura designe, el cual citará a los demás miembros a las reuniones ordinaria, según lo establezca el mismo Consejo y a reuniones extraordinarias que estime conveniente convocar el Ministro de Agricultura.
