Equipos . Las empresas habilitadas para la prestación del servicio público de transporte masivo por metro ligero, tren ligero, tranvía y tren-tram solo podrán hacerlo con equipos, previamente homologados ante el Ministerio de Transporte que cumplan con las especificaciones y requisitos técnicos de acuerdo con la infraestructura, los cuales en todo caso deberán contar con un registrador de eventos inviolable (caja negra). Hasta tanto sea definida la Norma Técnica Colombiana para la homologación del material rodante, los equipos deberán ajustarse a las normas reconocidas internacionalmente y acreditadas por el respectivo fabricante.
