Domicilio. Para los efectos del presente capítulo, se entiende por domicilio el constituido con la intención de establecer en él la residencia habitual o permanente, de conformidad con el artículo 3° del Convenio ya citado, en armonía con lo dispuesto para casos similares y efectos políticos de la nacionalidad en el artículo 333 del Código de Régimen Político y Municipal (Ley 4ª de 1913).
