Sanción al que se niegue a firmar. El que se niegue a firmar, aseverando falsamente que no puede o no sabe hacerlo, incurrirá en multa hasta de cinco mil pesos convertibles en arresto, a razón de un día, por cada quinientos pesos, si dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes no se hubiere pagado. Esta multa será im puesta por el funcionario que haya realizado el acto procesal, m ediante resolución motivada im pugnable.
