El Gobierno procederá a realizar los estudios y a ejecutar las obras necesarias a fin de canalizar y regularizar la entrada de aguas en los caños denominados Aguas Negras, Remolino, Renegado y a la limpieza de los caños llamados "Refugio" y "Palenque" que salen al playón de Roblar y La Hiraca, en los Municipios de Salamina, Remolino y Sitionuevo, en el Departamento del Magdalena.
