Para efectos de la asignación de cupos de diésel marino para el año 2007, la UPME podrá otorgar los mismos a más tardar el 15 de noviembre de 2007, con el fin de incluir aquellos actores que no hubieren sido objeto de asignación en la fecha límite del 28 de febrero del año en curso y que presenten la respectiva solicitud, antes del 30 de octubre de 2007 ante dicha Unidad, con el lleno de los requisitos.
