Constancia y notificación. De todo estímulo o correctivo que se aplique, debe quedar constancia en el respectivo folio de vida, firmado por el interesado. Mensualmente se revisarán las anotaciones hechas en el folio de vida, por el superior con atribuciones disciplinarias.
