El transporte y movilización de ganado y sus productos con destino a la exportación, deben estar amparados por una guía de tránsito y movilización en modelos establecidos por la Dirección General de Aduanas y expedidas por la Oficina Sanitaria del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario del lugar de origen.
